Project Description

Slow Food connects people all over the world.  The Slow Food Youth Network (SFYN), for example, founded by a number of enthusiastic and motivated young people with a passion for good, clean and fair food is a globally widespread network. Its aim is to make youth familiar with Slow Food’s philosophy  and to raise awareness among young citizens and consumers, by encouraging them in making responsible choices and by taking part in the public debate about current issues, such as how to feed the world, what to do about food waste, and how to produce food as sustainable as possible.
