Terra Madre Day?
It is a worldwide celebration of local food held every year on 10th december. 1500 Convivia around the world organise local events with the slow food communities eating local products and celebrating local producers.

HISTORY OF THE BREWERY

1764 Foundation of the Funck-Bricher brewery,
1842 foundation of the Bofferding brewery
1975, Merger of the two breweries
1995 and 2001: « Grand Prix DLG 1995 » (highest honor awarded to a brewery). The DLG criteria
concern the quality,the production methods and the flavour of the beer.
A 100% natural beer: pure malt and pure hop,
without any additives or preservatives,
brewed using the best ingredients.Slow brewing!
